Realizing that seniors in their quest to connect with their near and dear ones initially play safe with email communications . But later wander into unsafe territories becoming victims of phishing like cyber crimes. Also, many expressed they were finding it difficult with some of the basic functionalities like how to attach , how to download attachments, how to search from the daily maze of inputs. To address these and to empower such people with better knowledge , held some Free online sessions on ‘Email Handling’ for two days in March, 2022. The feedback was overwhelming !
