After a quarter of a century at Indian Overseas Bank (www.iob.in), the prestigious Nationalized Bank headquartered in Chennai, India, moved on to pursue the lifetime ambition of getting feet wet in the Information Technology and Software consultancy arena,  more detailed at: LinkedIn , before setting out in pursuit of other things closer to heart.

As Principal Consultant, driving the BFS testing practice at  Hexaware Technologies enjoyed using the retail banking nuances picked up for decades and created niche product propositions prescribing enablers for banks across the globe to provide cutting edge offerings with qualitative software test suites mentioned by the Gartner like industry analysts and excited banking giants across continents. The journey also provided opportunities to groom young ones into the banking domain, sharpening their soft skills with many of them scaling to consulting at various banking and finance organizations across the Globe.

Inducted into the nuances of cyber world in the early 2000s, enjoy serving through Cyber Society of India (www.cysi.in), as past President and life member. Relish sharing nuances as invited speaker at the University of Madras, many colleges like Vivekananda College, Myalpore ,  PB Sidhartha College of Arts & Science , Vijayawada, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College, Udupi , Schools such as Vidhya Matric School Higher Sec School and community welfare organizations such as Kalyana Nagar Association

Enjoy rubbing shoulders with cyber crime experts and cyber law advocates at Cyber Intelligence Academy as part of their Advisory council.

Enjoyed identifying and grooming young graduates and the passion is still being practiced actively as Student counsellor and part of Academic council (at www.vcsm.ac.in) in empowering the young blood with differentiating skills, better communication and other soft skills.

The journey also provided opportunities to groom young grads into the banking domain, sharpening their soft skills and happy to witness many of them scaling to consult at various banking and finance organizations across the Geo.

With the growing number of senior citizens being orphaned by the wards taking wings for prosecuting studies and in pursuit of career ambitions, taken upon the pleasant task to hand hold the elders and make them feel comfortable through Free  online coaching sessions on digital basics and upcoming communication channels.
