The session on “Banking Intellectual Property” was very interesting. Moreover, the documentation covered in the presentation was more of a learning experience from the mistakes they made. I attended the session on Banking project . It was really a good session. I learnt a lot from the session. It was prepared and presented in a very nice manner and Mr. Kapaleeswaran has engaged every individual with the subject, till end of the session. Thank you sir! Its really surprising that you remember us all even after we left the team long ago. I’ve never seen such a lead who is really a “Team Player”. They just tell it. but, you live by it.
Now, I realize your efforts so much since I’m put in a situation similar to you, the way you setup standards & guidelines, the way you managed AD team and our team when it grew above 30 people, and so on…
I miss Hexaware and TREAT a lot. Still I’ve those good day memories in mind.. the days i started with TREAT in Prince Kushal towers, we had a small team with you, Baskaran, vidhya, Althaf and me.. then in HT for long, those days are my best experience in my professional career so far. I really worked on my own interest and not forced by any person or by any other entity. I was fully involved and had good job satisfaction.
Just wanted to share those thoughts. All the best for your new project sir. I know you will create a revolution there too.
