I still remember the days where we used to go for Audit together & the guidance & encouragement you used to give me.
Cannot forget the day you had chosen & invited me to give a talk to the Testing Team regarding Quality Management Group & our work process.
Loads n loads of thanks for the opportunity & encouragement given. I would call it the 1st success at the start of my career.
That moment would be remembered & cherished in my lifetime forever & ever , since it was the beginning of my career.

Now, I realize your efforts so much since I’m put in a situation similar to you, the way you setup standards & guidelines, the way you managed AD team and our team when it grew above 30 people, and so on…
I miss Hexaware and TREAT a lot. Still I’ve those good day memories in mind.. the days i started with TREAT in Prince Kushal towers, we had a small team with you, Baskaran, vidhya, Althaf and me.. then in HT for long, those days are my best experience in my professional career so far. I really worked on my own interest and not forced by any person or by any other entity. I was fully involved and had good job satisfaction.
