You’ve helped make Hexaware the company it is today. Utmost respect toward you. We also aspire to do our part. Wish you all the best….
Thanks for all your guidance, support that has given to me for the past 4.5 yrs @ my Hexaware tenure.
I really don’t know how to react sir…All the best and I am sure that I will remember you In my daily prayers. You used to say “I am like your son” . . . A father can call his son for anything anytime…
We are going to miss your in professional advice, guidance and leadership. I remember the day when you conducted the interview which brought me to Hexaware. I surely will keep in touch with you for much needed advice and guidance.
I miss you. You are one among the person who I consider to be a good leader to follow.
I always respect you as a very gentle person in Hexaware. I have never seen you angry. You are always humble, easy to approach, and a very helping person. For sure, all the Hexawarian who knows you, will be missing you.
Thanks a lot for your kind support and care all along my career in Hexaware. I have been interacting with you more regarding CLIP (Communications and Leadership Improvement Programme) Sessions and during our counseling meetings. I am following the guidance that you gave me during one-one meetings in counseling sessions and I learned a lot during interacting with you during those sessions. I assure I will keep in touch with you sir.
thank you for the wonderful guidance, patience and great support provided during our early stages of career. We really feel glad about being associated with such leaders and we are in a way sad that we will miss your professional touch. A big thank you for valuing all our ideas and interests and thank you so much for your guidance.
Exactly 3 ½ years before when I joined with Hexaware you were my first reporting manager for Retail Banking IP where I gained knowledge on plenty of banking concepts. For me at that time organization was new. I was interacting with unknown people. But you kept me very much comfortable, encouraged and appreciated then and there. I will always remember that. At this juncture loosing senior people like you is definitely going to be a loss for both Hexaware as well as Testing Practice (QATS). You are just moving out of Hexaware and not from us.
I’ve learnt a lot from you from whatever I’ve interacted right from my FTP training days and cannot forget a few instances like when you said something like “do your little – don’t worry about rumors that project will close – even I don’t worry – the people in 9th floor should worry about this….” in one of the first meetings of the project (when things were bad – and this gave a lot of confidence). It would take long to explain these instances – wanted to quote this because though you might have forgotten this little thing, but you’ve inspired a lot with things like these which we would like to keep in mind and take them with us through our career
You’ve inspired a lot of people and I am one of them who was inspired. The thing I like the most in you is the enthusiasm though you are close to retirement – and I want to be as enthusiastic as you are when I grow up to that age.
What a mail, Sir. There is so much to learn from you sir. I am sure the learning will continue though I don’t report in to you but sharing key learning with you and gather key learning’s from you. I cherish all the moments spent in hex under your esteemed guidance. Sir I take this opportunity to let you know how thankful I am for what I am today both professionally and personally.
Have a great / peaceful rest and come back soon
We all would miss you and the way you lead us…Thanks for the support and trust you had on us.
I whole heartedly thank you for all the support and guidance. I really enjoyed working with you and the time spent with you during the Job fair in 2007 and for giving opportunity to take session for the new comers. It was always a pleasure interacting with you and hope to meet you soon when I come to Chennai. Surely we all will miss you.
Will miss your calming presence, can’t thank you enough for all the things that I have learnt a lot from you over the years. Thank you once again and I will surely miss you.
It is my privilege to be associated with you!
You had been the face of “Testing Practice (QATS)” for many of us and you will be missed for sure….
It has been really nice working with you. Still remember the days I spent with you back 2003 to 2006.
It would be apt to say that I have known Hexaware better through you. I thank you for all the support.
I don’t have the age to wish you all the best but definitely a good heart to wish you the same. Your domain experience and management skills have helped to groom lot of test leads into good test managers in Testing Practice (QATS). … Even though I have not worked that closely with you but still have high regards and respect towards you.
It was so touching moment when I read your email, I have gone to the imagination how you started your career and travelled these many years, I hope this memory does to travel rest of your journey. I admire they way you treat the people and listen in their problems, you are so rich by experience and I want to be like you sir. …
I whole heartedly thank you for all the support that you have given me. You were the one who made me to step into Testing in this great firm which I feel blessed. It is being a great opportunity working here and hope it will continue the same. Thanks for that sir..!!!!!
Be it either work, culture, interaction with people at corporate, recruitment and even the small things, I am learning it practically from you right from the day one. Personally I feel you are more than a mentor to me. Thanks to the destiny..!!! Feel great and pleasure to have known and interacted with you. Definitely will miss you sir. Always wish to have your Wishes and Blessings sir..!!! Thanks a ton..!!!!
We shall definitely miss you. Kindly stay in touch..
Though our interactions were on the note of Quality process assurance, I have always admired your composed and mature style of working. I can recollect the project days when you came up with a testing process and your push on the team to implement the same. I am sure Hexaware will miss your guidance and support.
…will never forget you and will be in touch.
It was good that I can remember some good things we shared on our engagement in Australia. Good luck and stay healthy.
We feel honored sir! It was a great pleasure working with you and it is with you , we all learned so much discipline, dedication, communication and leadership.
I was just sharing with my wife few weeks ago on my wonderful experience in Hexaware and our team and about you. I want to keep talking and thinking about it as it makes me happy and those are definitely golden memories to cherish year round.
I still feel bad for not been able to continue with you and in Hexaware. I still don’t see any team or organization that is so dedicated to Quality and such a spend of time and money to Testing teams…
I wanted to use this as a great opportunity to tell you MANY THANKS for all that you have done to me in the last 3 years…. To be frank, When I saw you first, I have generated a respect towards you within me & when I got introduced to you, I was wondering initially that You being a senior and with diversified experience, “How will I live up to your expectations”? But, you are so good at crafting our relationship. You definitely stood out of your age, character and ego to move with people like me. My respect for you grew more.
At this moment, I feel that you have inspired me certainly. You have taught me many things in life, that’s why I referred to you as my mentor. I’ve learnt Patience, Perseverance, Commitment & how to behave as a Boss. Thank you Sir for such great learning. You have fairly a large commitment in making me a success. Thanks once again.
It is nice knowing you, a person who is very professional and polite.
Wishing you a peaceful retired life………..Also, please bless me.
Our association has been really short compared to your experience but I had only fond memories of all our interactions. In this modern age, not many times in life one gets the honor of rubbing shoulders with a person with patience, a person who keeps team members interest first before anything else and a person who is down to earth in spite of his vast knowledge. I am proud and happy that I have been working with and shared office with you in the last 2 years. You have implicitly taught us many virtues – thoroughness and people management to name a few. I hope when I retire, just like you, be remembered for the good deeds done to team members.
It was a nice experience with you. Whenever I had opportunity to interact with you, I could learn from you.
It is quite hard, for me to believe that you are leaving the organization to pursue other interests…It would be a huge ingratitude on my part if I failed to thank you for all your support and understanding shoulders to rest upon, especially during the times of my personal trials and tribulations. Thanks a ton once again for that.
Many of the people, who worked with you, I think, will echo my observation of you as a person with tons of commitment, strong work ethics, much attention to details, meticulous on follow-ups, persistence of purpose and humaneness. All these traits in you have been a source of inspiration to me and you will be thoroughly missed for that…Thanks for your appreciation and kind words. This means really a lot to me, as i have seen you personally as a fatherly figure, having lost my father while i was only few months old baby.
Honestly, i would be missing you a lot in Hexaware….
A ship with passion for sailing never stops the voyage. I still remember your passion and energy passed over to many other teams and wishing you the same continues, where ever you are.
Though I had a brief opportunity to work with you , I feel that is well enough to feel proud for the lifetime that I was a colleague of a very composed, ever smiling gentleman at workplace. I salute your dedication, resource handling skills and your positive approach towards anyone, and the most adorable being your right attitude in your dealings with a much younger generation…..
… You’ve helped make Hexaware the company it is today. Utmost respect toward you. We also aspire to do our part.
It was wonderful experience working with you. I learned banking processes from you only. Prior to that I just know how to open savings bank account. Thanks once again Kapali for all your guidance and extended support. We all will miss you
We wish to place our full and formal appreciation of the services rendered by you, during your period of association with us.
Professionals like you are hard to come by and we have thoroughly enjoyed knowing/working with you. We hope you will be able to impart to others a sizeable portion of learning at Hexaware Technologies…..
It was great knowing and interacting with you. You are always regarded as one of the role models by most of the juniors at Hexaware. I really cherish the moments where we had interacted very closely with each other. You have always given that extra hand to support function making it a win-win most of the time. Hexaware will surely miss your services and surely many of the youngsters will miss you..
You are the mentor for all the fresher of testing team – feedback that I received – ever memorable for your leadership quality, friendliness, passion to build teams with a strong “Process” basement and always approachable for any help and guidance.
What joy it must bring you to dedicate some time to the things you love, and what sadness for us to continue without you (how selfish of us to think like that). I wish you all the best and hope that I run into you again in your new endeavors. We will certainly miss you….
We will miss you a lot; Request you to remember me forever.
I have learned lot of things from you, out of which what I like most are “handle the situation coolly”, “impartiality and fairness at work” and “give proper respect to others”. It is very difficult to find a person like you at work place and I am fortunate, getting a chance in working with you for couple of years….
Thanks for being an excellent colleague and team comrade in this fast game…
Kapali has been with Hexaware for the last 6+ years and after a marathon 35 years in the banking and IT industry, he has decided to call it a day and lead a leisurely life .. He is a banker by profession and subsequently switched over to IT/testing. He is one of the pioneers who were part of the core team that initiated the testing practice in Hexaware. During his stay in Hexaware he was involved in various critical accounts . . . In Testing practice, he is considered as a “Guru” in retail banking. For the last few years apart from taking care of Banking practice he has also been playing a critical role in managing the Quality Assurance and Testing Practice (QATS) operations including Resource management, Recruitment, Training etc.,
Some of the traits which endear him to all are: I have never seen him losing his cool, even in a crisis situation he always maintained his composure. His responsiveness is always appreciated by everybody across teams. When it comes to encouraging or appreciating anybody, he would be the first one to do so. Absolutely no trace of any ego – he is always down to earth and also very humble. We sincerely appreciate his contribution for the growth of our unit….
It’s nice working with you and learned a lot in terms of planning, organizing and positive attitude. I will miss your great company…This is very touching mail I will preserve this mail, I am really fortunate to meet such a great person in my life. I really mean it. I was impressed with your farewell speech, really amazing. I am missing you a lot, it take some time for me to adjust…..
Your diligence, sincerity, hard work and wonderful attitude resulted in a significant contribution to Hexaware. I and several others in Hexaware really applaud and appreciate the fact that you adapted and blended so well into an environment that was so different from your previous work environment. Youngsters need to learn a lot from you and I am sure you have guided many of them in the right direction. If at any time you need any help from me, please do not hesitate to call. It would be very nice if we could keep in touch.
Thank you very much. It was a pleasure to talk to you. Let us try to work together wherever possible.
A peep into the Mexican land while participating in a conference, was a week to remember. Some pleasure amongst business discussions was a welcome change !
