Cyber Talk at the 100 year Old Indian Bank Branch

“Joining hands with customers of the 100 year old Indian Bank branch, to spread Cyber Awareness”

It was a honour to be invited by the popular bank in Mylapore , Indian Bank to interact with their customers.

As part of their observance of Vigilance Awareness month, Indian Bank embarked on a very effective way of sensitizing their customers about the greater need for people to be Cyber vigilant , among other areas. Towards this, the bank organized a face to face Cyber Awareness Session on the 16th Oct, 2026, at one of their oldest branches in Chennai viz., Mylapore.

The Chief Manager Ms. Divya Tarun, welcoming the participants elaborated on the efforts of the Bank towards enabling their customers to face the increasing cyber threats and impressed upon the audience to make careful note of the inputs by the speaker, so that their hard earned money and sensitive profile could be protected.

Former Chairman & Managing Director of Indian Bank Shri. Sundara Rajan, graced the occasion with his attentive presence through the event and I felt blessed to be honoured by such a reputed Banker of eminence.

The learned Mylaporeans and other participants were all ears and the healthy interaction confirmed the success of the Bank’s timely initiative to sensitize their customers to cyber threats – a need of the hour.

Thank you Indian Bank , their customers and other participants.
