Thank you for conducting such a wonderful, informative and meaningful session on “Protecting Your Bank Accounts.” The subject was handled exceptionally well, and the session was seamlessly taken forward, covering the entire gamut of essential precautions in a simple, lucid and easily understandable manner.

Your presentation touched upon several critical aspects of banking security, including the importance of protecting OTPs, installing and updating anti-virus software, exercising caution while clicking on messages or links received from unknown sources, knowing how and where to lodge complaints, and understanding the importance of the “Golden Hour” in reporting financial frauds, among other vital issues.

What made the session particularly valuable was the practical way these important precautions were explained. In today’s increasingly digital banking environment, awareness is our first line of defence. Unless such continuous and empowering awareness sessions are conducted, many of these important precautions may not register sufficiently with people. Repetition, practical examples and regular reinforcement are essential to developing safe banking habits.

Your session has certainly contributed to creating greater awareness and confidence among the participants and will, I am sure, encourage them to be more vigilant while using digital banking services.

A wonderful session. Inputs given and explained well and measures for keeping ourselves updated on the protection of Bank accounts. Inputs from Mr. Badri was good. Regarding calls from unknown numbers if the person calling wants to speak, definitely he will try calling again soon. I have observed. Thought of sharing this. There are delays at times for getting SMS from Banks but when I check, the Bank statement reflects the credit though SMS not received. Thank you once again Regards

How exchange of old mobile will land us in trouble, we came to understand and also not to go for the same in order to get some paltry discount.
